Counseling – School Counseling, Master of Education

Take your passion for helping K–12 students to the next level with a Master of School Counseling degree from NAU. Our nationally accredited program prepares you to enter the growing field of school counseling. Here, you will develop the tools you need to serve students in areas including human growth and development, social and cultural foundations, relationships, career development, and professional orientation. Our program is focused on promoting advocacy efforts, leadership, and collaboration. You will be prepared to seek the Arizona Department of Education's K–12 Guidance Counselor Certification. 

This academic plan meets the coursework requirements for National Counselor Certification of the National Board for Certified Counselors and is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs.
